Shipping policy
Delivery
We deliver 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday’s, excluding bank holidays.
We will always do our best to deliver your order on requested date and to the specified address.
It is vital all delivery information is provided.
We cannot deliver to post boxes, military bases, or airports.
Cut off times are 2pm, Mon to Friday for Same day delivery.
Cut off times are 1pm for Saturday delivery.
There are no deliveries on Sunday.
Same Day deliveries are not available in hard-to-reach areas like Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland and islands, and may take an additional day for delivery.
After purchase you will receive an order confirmation with delivery details.
We advise to check email confirmation and notify us as soon as possible to ensure amendments can be made.
Some emails may go into Junk folder.
If you do not receive an email, then contact us asap.
We are not liable for delivery failure if incomplete information has been provided, but we will do our best to remedy the situation.
All bouquets are delivered by our partner florists’ own transportation means, and they will be delivered by hand.
You will become the owner of the Products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you or the representative of the recipient. You are responsible for any insurance (where relevant) security after delivery.
Once Products have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk, and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
HOSPITALS AND FUNERAL DELIVERIES
Not all hospitals accept deliveries, and it your responsibility to check that they do before placing order.
Correct ward and patients name is required to fulfil successfully.
We are not liable for the cost of the bouquet if hospital refuses to accept the flowers.
For funeral orders we require the name of deceased and time of funeral, and for the order to be placed 24 hours before dispatch.
